About Me

My name is Rob, and I am a physiotherapist specialising in sports rehabilitation and performance-focused care.

I work with active individuals and athletes who want to stay pain-free and perform at their best.

Early in my career, I worked with professional athletes at EHC Seewen and EV Zug, supporting players through injury rehabilitation, prevention, and return to full performance.

Working in a high-performance environment taught me how to manage injuries efficiently and guide people back to their full physical capacity.

Today, I bring that same mindset into every session. My approach is based on evidence-based physiotherapy and tailored to each individual, focusing not only on reducing pain, but on improving movement, strength, and long-term results.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, or looking to improve your performance, my goal is to help you get back to what matters most by feeling stronger, more confident, and without limitations.

I understand how frustrating it is when pain limits your training or daily life, and my aim is to help you return to what you enjoy as quickly and safely as possible.
